These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LetsMes ("we," "us," or "our"), an independent software studio based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

These Terms apply exclusively to the letsmes.com organization website and our studio-level consulting and development services. They do not govern the use of our individual software products. Each product operates under its own dedicated Terms of Service tailored to that product's specific functionality, user accounts, and licensing model.

3. Studio Services

Through this website, LetsMes offers information about our core studio services: technical consulting, software architecture, and custom software development.

Any formal engagement for these services is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) signed between LetsMes and the Client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an executed MSA/SOW, the MSA/SOW shall prevail.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. LetsMes IP

The letsmes.com website — including its design, branding, written content, and underlying code — is the proprietary property of LetsMes, protected by copyright and trademark law. No license or rights to any LetsMes intellectual property are granted by these Terms except as expressly stated.

4.2. Client Deliverables

For bespoke development projects, ownership of final deliverables and custom source code is transferred to the Client upon full receipt of payment, as strictly defined in the applicable MSA or SOW. LetsMes retains all rights to pre-existing background technology, proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies used during the engagement.

5. Acceptable Use

By using this website, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Access or probe the site using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts without our explicit written permission.
  • Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security measures protecting the site or its infrastructure.
